An interactive platform for exploring histopathology, spatial proteomics, and clinical data from pediatric brain tumours. It provides researchers and clinicians with an accessible environment to investigate patterns, uncover relationships, and translate complex datasets into visual insights.
This dashboard is based on two tissue microarrays (TMAs) containing tumor, adjacent healthy brain, and metastatic tissue. In total, they comprise 918 formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded (FFPE) tissue cores from 79 patients (78 pediatric, 1 adult). Cores with insufficient staining quality were excluded, leaving 797 usable cores from 277 unique specimens for exploration. Each core is annotated with multiple data modalities:
